Refund Policy – Freeze Services
All freeze service purchases are final. Customers must report a problem within 6 hours of purchasing the service if they experience any issues.
If a customer does not report a problem within 6 hours of purchasing, the service will be considered successfully delivered and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will only be considered if:
A technical issue occurs with the service, and The customer reports the problem within the 6-hour window.
After the 6-hour period has passed, we cannot process refunds under any circumstances.
